One of our newest services is Remote Help & Maintenance. 

We are now able to offer a remote help & maintenance service that is capable of seeing your computer through fire-wall's/proxy Internet servers by initiating the connection from the client  (you).

On the bottom of this page there are 2 download links will which trigger the download of a file which will trigger the request to make a connection with our computers.  There may be a number of connections options (not always) , please choose the correct option by clicking on it. In most cases it will be the main office but when advised you should connect to another office.

This type of connection ensures that we can only operate your PC with your permission and you can disconnect it at any time.

Please note that it will be necessary to telephone or contact us LIVE , before the connection of a session so that I can make sure my system is listening for your call and that you are connecting to the correct office.

This system will give you a faster and cheaper ( saves time and car-costs ) real-time support and solution to most small problems. It will also give us the possibility to keep the maintenance of your computer(s) up to date.

Requirements:
- working broadband connection
- Windows operating System
- Unless agreed otherwise , you will have to buy Support time ( Note that if we cannot help you out , NO charges will take place , paid time will remain for further use.)

If your browser does not allow you to download the direct execution file ( antivirus etc... ) , then download this file in .zip format and save it somewhere on your computer, and remember it.  You will then have to unzip it first before you can start the executable that is inside of the .zip file.
